Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin as is involved in a number of body functions. It is commonly known for its immune health benefits. Vitamin C in the skin is believed to play a key role in neutralising free radicals and reducing UV skin damage. Vitamin C increases collagen production and improving collagen organization. As a result, using BDH Buffered Vitamin C together with BDH Marine collagen will promote healthy skin and delay the onset of skin aging.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
